Team Interviews
For founding engineers, we anticipate multiple rounds of phone/in-person interviews. Early-stage teams in startups lay the foundation for future team collaboration. We will strive to ensure communication with all partners and even the entire team, to guarantee a deep understanding between both sides.
对于 founding engineers 我们预期会有多轮电话/线下面试，创业公司的早期团队会奠定后续的团队合作风格和基础，我们会尽量保证能沟通到所有合伙人，甚至完整团队，以确保双方有足够深入的了解。
Paid trial collaboration
For candidates who pass the interview, we will invite you to collaborate with us for at least two days, either in person (preferred) or remotely. We hope you can join/participate in our daily workflow to experience our future work environment and work style.
During this period, we will assign you tasks that meet the team's expected workload, even up to the point of launching a feature from scratch. We will provide you with the same support and assistance as full-time employees during this time.
