At Formfunction, we believe that independent creators—illustrators, photographers, musicians, and more—will be the core contributors to the next generation of the internet (as opposed to big corporations). We’re looking for co-conspirators who want to help bring amazing creators to web3, and enable them to make a living doing what they love.
The Formfunction mission:
Our mission is to help independent artists and creators bring their dream projects to life.
Where we’re starting:
We’re starting out by building the best creator-first NFT marketplace on the Solana blockchain. We’ve made good progress on this milestone, and have started to focus on our longer-term vision.
Where we’re going:
We’re building the best community-funding platform for people to bring their creative projects to life, whether it’s creating a short film, opening a coffee shop, or building a globally-renowned merch brand.
By leveraging web3 and NFTs, we’ll create a much more compelling product than existing crowdfunding platforms. Web3 has shown that people have a strong desire to be part of communities and share in their upside. We’ll allow creators to build incredibly strong communities through NFTs, and help supporters share in the successes of the projects and creators they’ve helped.
