EXIT PARTNERS is an MSO (Management Services Organization) launched from the brand building and operational design of NOHD CLINIC, a premium dermatology clinic that opened a 430㎡ flagship location in October at Gangnam Station’s newly built F&F headquarters.
This project is founded by the two entrepreneurs behind CRAVER Corporation, the parent company of the global K-beauty brand SKIN1004, bringing proven experience in building and scaling international beauty brands.
We strongly believe that the next K-wave will be medical beauty tourism, following K-pop, K-content, and K-beauty cosmetics. With Korea’s growing global reputation in medical aesthetics, we aim to build a scalable, data-driven platform targeting international patients.

We operate with a flat, execution-focused culture, an average team age of 28, and a strong emphasis on open communication.
Since opening our Gangnam flagship clinic, we have achieved nearly 2x month-over-month revenue growth within the first three months, with over 80% of revenue coming from international customers.
Starting with just 3 people in June 2025, the team has rapidly grown to 15 members, with plans to open at least two new clinic locations this year.
This role supports international patient acquisition and global brand communication, covering multiple markets including China, Japan, Taiwan, and English-speaking regions.
