Sam asked to get Joe on the intake-related distribution email groups and form lead emails, including new leads, intake, form emails, and any other lead streams he needed. The session verified Joe's real Microsoft 365 identity and made the changes.
The live check found Joe's actual account as jchoniski@demandsam.com, not the misspelled address in the initial request. Joe was added to Intake@kylawoffice.com and IntakeAlerts@kylawoffice.com. The session confirmed he was already in SAIL@kylawoffice.com. The live website form-recipient list on the production intake relay was updated so Joe received relevant form notifications. Mailbox coverage was also put in place from Sam's inbox for lead streams that were still bypassing groups.
The initial email spelling in the request was not the live account. The session resolved the correct account before making changes, avoiding a bad group update.
The session expanded beyond one group because lead streams were spread across groups and direct form routing. That was necessary so Joe would actually receive new lead notifications instead of being covered only in one Microsoft 365 list.

To reverse, remove jchoniski@demandsam.com from the intake groups added during the session and restore the prior website form-recipient list from the closest dated backup or config snapshot. Verify all lead forms after any recipient change with a no-send or controlled test path.
The session final response reported the changes complete. This catch-up row exists because the original session did not push a Notion export.
If Joe's role or coverage changed after May 21, re-query Microsoft Graph and the current website intake configuration before assuming this coverage is still correct.
