Objective

Take Sam's disorganized "CMO_Onboarding_JoeChoniski" Google Drive folder (84 loose root items, mixed naming, code repos and 3D models accidentally inside, no welcome materials, no brand cheat sheet, no decision authority guidance) and turn it into a polished, well-organized onboarding hub for incoming CMO Joe Choniski. Goal stated by Sam: "I want to wow him with an incredibly polished environment."
