Session Objective
Advance the Joe Choniski CMO onboarding handoff while Sam was offline, taking on all reversible staging and documentation work and leaving only true human-review or go-live items.
Accomplished
- Verified the prior Notion export exists:
Joe Choniski CMO onboarding folder build - 2026-04-26.
- Verified the team directory, access checklist, Litify primer, disclaimer library, spend docs, and budget shell in Drive.
- Connected to live
LITIFY_ORG, ran a live SOQL read, verified marketing attribution fields, and checked the key Analytics report IDs before writing the Litify report guidance.
- Appended
Key Litify Reports for Marketing into the existing Litify primer because Drive quota blocked creating a new companion doc.
- Corrected the primer wording so Joe is directed to the appended report section, not a nonexistent companion file.
- Appended starter compliance content into the existing disclaimer library: testimonial consent text, crisis communications starter, and negative review response templates.
- Built and rendered a local DOCX version of the testimonial consent form for layout QA.
- Converted the existing budget workbook into a consolidated spreadsheet with
By Channel, By Geography, and By Vendor tabs and $3.5M totals.
- Wrote local closeout notes at
/Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/session_logs/joe-cmo-onboarding-autonomy-2026-04-27/HANDOFF-Joe-CMO-onboarding-autonomy-2026-04-27.md.
Still Pending
- Sam needs to provide the actual offer letter terms or source file; this should not be invented.
- Sam needs to complete or confirm founder voice/interview answers for Sacred Cows and Day-1 guidance.
- GC should review compliance starter templates before they are treated as externally approved policy.
- IT/operations should execute the access checklist against actual accounts.
- Sam still owns private
_inbox_from_sam triage.
- Drive owner cleanup remains: delete
_DELETE_ME_quota-test-shortcut_created_by_agent_2026-04-27 and _DELETE_ME_duplicate_disclaimer_library_2026-04-27.md; service-account delete/move was blocked by Google ownership permissions.
