All cleaning jobs will be assigned to your respective Company’s profile. Cleaner admin will have to assign individual cleaning task to an existing cleaner account. To assign jobs, please follow this process:

1. On your dashboard menu, click on the Cleaning Jobs tab

2. You will see all the jobs that have been allocated to your cleaning company on the Cleaning Jobs page. Simply assign a cleaning job to your cleaner by clicking on the Cleaner Name column and select a cleaner.

   

Your cleaner will be able to see their jobs from the app, on the ASSIGNED tab.

<aside> 💡 It is important to accurately start and complete their jobs as it will reflect in the system with regards to completion time, time spent and reported damages (if any). This will also hold up on potential issues when it comes to difficult cleans.

What your cleaner would see:

• To accept a job, simply swipe ACCEPT to confirm that jobs has been accepted.
• Please DO NOT START a job before arriving to the property.
