This move is literally just badussy toss + butterfly

  1. Start thumbs down, move flag clockwise, and step out with left foot facing sideways.

  2. After the first rotation, you’ll move the flag to your right side like you would in a side row, leading with the silver pole behind you.

  3. Your weight is shifted to your right foot and flag is facing down.

  4. You’re going to toss it once your hand reaches the furthest it can go; This is a one spin toss.

  5. Flag is spinning in the air facing down.

  6. Catch toss on 5.5/6

  7. Bring feet together and face backwards from where you started the move. Flag is pointing down and left hand is coming up to grab the flag and switch hands (here is where butterfly starts)

  8. Your flag is now pointing up again and behind your back. This is what differs from butterfly, your flag is pointing up when you switch your hands behind your back.

  9. Flag is now pointing down and extended a little more out to your left side and your right arm now is moving out at an angle, 45 degrees pointing down, mirroring your left arm.

  10. Both arms are coming up, flag is pointing Up

  11. Your flag pointing down again, last spin behind you, right arm up and out at an angle

  12. Flag now comes in front of your body, the silver part/pole of your flag leading

  13. Flag does one more spin clockwise, until the left hand cant spin anymore. Flag pointing down during spin on 5. Right hand grabs flag thumbs up and left hand lets go.

  14. Flag returned to ready postion
