Jimmy's journey into cryptocurrency began in Q2 2017 when he was introduced to Web 3.0 and crypto by two individuals, Prince from Ghana and Umar Razi from Pakistan. Initially intrigued by the technological and financial potential of blockchain, Jimmy dove into learning about the crypto world, crediting content creator and developer Ivan on Tech for educating him on blockchain development fundamentals.
In the DeFi space, Jimmy was involved in community-led efforts to recover funds following a Cashio stablecoin exploit, working alongside Stan Eclectic to negotiate with the exploiter on-chain and recovering a portion of the exploited funds.
Currently, Humania serves as a Sr. Brand Ambassador for Radix. His responsibilities include business development, edutainment and awareness, community management, content marketing, strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, VC and fundraising, influencer marketing, and crypto Twitter.

Prior to his current role, Humania worked as a Web3 Growth Manager for Moralis Web3, a platform that enables developers to launch scalable decentralized applications (dApps). During his time with the company, he played an integral role in improving the product and services, as well as growing the community. Some of his responsibilities included prioritizing and executing product marketing and growth objectives, applying Agile Marketing best practices for project management success, building a data universe to acquire new audiences, conducting data-driven market research and competitive analysis, and developing potential growth channels and go-to-market product strategies. Additionally, he led social media, copywriters, and designers, and coordinated marketing efforts for external events such as the Avalanche hackathon.
During his tenure at Moralis Web3, Humania spearheaded several initiatives that led to significant growth in the company. He grew search traffic to 66,500 monthly unique visitors and generated 198,764 marketing qualified leads from 13 sources. Additionally, he onboarded 170.8K unique users, 82% of whom were developers. Humania grew five social media channels to 128,230 members, including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit. He also secured seven public network integrations, saved $86.4M in engineering costs, and reduced go-to-market time by 87%. Moreover, he raised €11.5M in seed funding for Moralis Web3, which helped to supercharge dApp development.
Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Chingari App and the Guy Network, Jimmy is responsible for capital markets and overall marketing strategy. Chingari App, a short video app integrated with Web 3.0 components, boasts over 50 million active user base and over 130 million downloads. Under Jimmy's marketing leadership, the Guy Network, with its native Solana token, has garnered approximately 600,000 token holders, making it one of the more recognized tokens within the Solana ecosystem.
Humania has earned several certifications from prominent technology companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Meta Certified. His certifications include Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, and Product Owner.
