💸 Trip Planning Fees

For custom trip planning, a non-refundable fee may apply. I’ll always confirm this before work begins.

Once bookings are confirmed, any changes or cancellations are subject to the supplier’s terms (e.g., airline, hotel). I’ll do my best to assist, but I’m not responsible for third-party change or cancellation fees.
