Jelhyme Skin Co. is a skincare DTC brand focused on helping customers build simple, effective glow routines through premium, gentle products.
Before setting up the system, the brand faced:
No welcome flow for new subscribers
No abandoned cart recovery emails
No browse abandonment reminders
No post-purchase nurture sequence
Missed revenue from warm leads and repeat buyers
Why this mattered: The brand was missing opportunities to convert warm leads, recover lost revenue, and build long-term customer relationships.
I built a full lifecycle email system using Klaviyo integrated with Shopify to support every stage of the customer journey—from first visit to repeat purchase.
Supporting flows are included to complete the lifecycle system and can be further developed as needed.
