Sam asked for Janelle's Microsoft Teams conversations in a sheet for the last 10 days up through May 20, 2026. The agent used Microsoft Graph and produced both a Google Sheet and local workbook.
The session pulled Janelle's Teams chat conversations for May 11 through May 20, 2026, as of about 6:02 PM ET on May 20. The export was delivered as a Google Sheet and a local XLSX with summary and message details.
No durable blocker was reported in the final response. The work used Microsoft Graph rather than relying on a local cache.
A spreadsheet was the right artifact because Sam asked for all messages in a reviewable format. The Google Sheet made the export immediately shareable, while the local XLSX preserved a workspace copy.

Source system: Microsoft Graph / Teams.
No live system state was changed beyond creating export artifacts. If the sheet is stale, rerun the Graph export for the exact date range and compare counts before replacing it.
The May 11-20 export exists locally and in Google Sheets. A separate KB row exists for a later May 18-22 Janelle communications export, but this catch-up row records the earlier range.
If this is used for HR, access, or performance review work, refresh the export for the relevant current date range instead of relying on May data.
