Sam reported that Janelle no longer had access to his email and asked for Outlook / Microsoft 365 access to be checked and made full visibility for Outlook desktop and Outlook 365.
Sam@kylawoffice.com and Janelle@kylawoffice.com.FullAccess and Send-on-Behalf, but did not have SendAs.FullAccess with AutoMapping $true so desktop Outlook can rediscover the mailbox.SendAs for Janelle on Sam's mailbox.FullAccess, SendAs, protocol access, and address-list visibility after the change.Local audit JSON: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/outlook-audits/janelle-sam-mailbox-permissions-20260528T141500Z.json

The tenant-side repair and verification are complete. Any remaining issue would likely be Outlook client cache/profile propagation rather than Exchange permission state.
A future agent can optionally add a small recurring Microsoft 365 delegate-permission monitor for owner-critical mailboxes, or build a cloud-hosted version with local sync if Sam approves. This is optional because the immediate access issue has been repaired and verified.
