- Many people do not put the effort into caring for themselves either it be mentally or physically.
- Do you make sure to take care of and love yourself? If so, what is your “routine?”
- Becoming mindful of your emotions is a very important aspect of loving yourself. You need to make sure that you are aware of what you want, think, or feel.
- Have you ever neglected something you wanted, thought, or felt? (ex. hiding your emotions?)
- Have you ever acted upon what others wanted for you instead of what you genuinely wanted?
- Practicing self care such as the basic necessities of life is the easiest way to start loving yourself. Be it making a delicious meal, taking care of your skin, or exercising, these are all ways that will help out a lot.
- Which basic necessities or acts of self care do you conduct that genuinely help you love yourself? (ex. exercising so you feel more confident about your body?)
- Instead of acting upon what you want, act upon what you need. There may be moments in life where you desire something, but it would only hurt you. Turning away from these things such as a significant other or relationship you desire that would only hurt you and instead, focusing on keeping your mind/life strong is vital.

- Protect and forgive yourself. Keep people you know that will support you close to you, having negative people around you will only make you feel worse. Know how to forgive yourself if you make a mistake or feel guilty about something because dreading on your actions will only wear you out mentally and physically.
