Living far from your place of origin also means missing things that don't fit in a suitcase: a language, a song, a dish, a family. Jaleo Sound was born to offer the Spanish-speaking community in the Netherlands a chance to reconnect with what links them to their culture, their people, and their identity. A way to feel at home, thousands of kilometers away.
Jaleo Sound is a festival of music, gastronomy and visual arts that will celebrate its second edition in Amsterdam. We have created a family-friendly event designed to build community and give visibility to emerging artistic projects.
