We’re hiring a founding operator to get hands-on ownership across our most critical functions - driving initiatives in GTM, product, hiring, operations. One week you’ll be setting up a new support process, the next you could be launching a new product. The initial job to be done is owning the customer experience post sale for Jill (our AI recruiter for companies). It’s a role that combines account management, customer success, data/analytics, product management, customer development, customer marketing, pricing etc. It's the ultimate tour of duty for a future founder or a high-impact operator looking to build a career-defining legacy.
