- We’re looking for a Founding Launch Lead to own one of our biggest priorities - winning the world's most important tech market - San Francisco. Your mission is simple: Build category defining traction in SF starting with building a candidate base of tens of thousands, and onboarding hundreds of companies within the first few months of 2026.
- You could be an ex-founder who has built in the Bay Area before, an early GTM leader from a top-tier startup, a well-networked talent leader, or an ex-VC who is ready to build. You are a commercial hustler who knows how to win in SF.
- $180-300k Total Comp with your choice of equity/cash split (we will consider higher total comp for candidates who have more experience but are willing to roll their sleeves up in this 0 → 1 role)

Matt (CEO) scaled headcount from 2 → 450 in 3 years at his last company - this time around we’re obsessed in the power of talent density and doing a huge amount with a small team. We’re currently 12 brilliant people with 3 more joining soon. 10 of us are ex-founders, and the rest have worked at places like Palantir/Microsoft Research/PolyAI/Fyxer/ElevenLabs. Most of us have been at the early stages and have seen 0 → double or triple digit millions of ARR in prior companies.
