OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a system-driven designer who can move fluidly between product execution, brand asset production, and motion, without breaking the logic of the design system.

This role sits at the intersection of design systems management, brand fidelity, and web-native motion & UX+UI. You should be able to take direction, translate it into a clear system, and ship production-ready outputs that hold up across surfaces.

Saint & Citizen is a sound-forward media platform focused on storytelling, collaboration, and experiences that intersect culture and curate connection between creators and community.

We’re building a culture platform with a product backbone. The ecosystem spans original media IP, talent development, experiential formats, community & cultural access, and strategic brand partnerships, and it’s designed to compound over time.

In practice, that means a scalable web and design system, repeatable creator-led formats, and partner-ready toolkits. For this role, you’ll be closest to the web & comms templates, component library, and campaign and partnership assets that keep everything coherent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own day-to-day execution across brand and product surfaces while maintaining strict system integrity
• Build and maintain Figma libraries (components, variants, tokens, styles, documentation, changelogs)
• Establish and enforce component governance: naming conventions, versioning, QA, and handoff hygiene
• Translate brand into scalable UI: typography systems, grid logic, spacing/rhythm, iconography rules, and layout patterns
• Produce web-aligned motion assets: micro-interactions, Lottie-ready sequences, modular transitions, and typographic motion
• Support template production across brand collateral: decks, toolkits, partnership assets, and campaign kits
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director to convert strategy, briefs, and references into scoped, trackable deliverables
