We’re looking for a hybrid Art Director who moves between conceptual development and hands-on making. This is not a pure production role and not a pure ideas role – you develop the concept and you build enough of it to make the direction undeniable.
You prototype, mock up, and produce execution-ready blueprints so that the team building behind you has total clarity on the intent. You translate direction, cultural reference, and creative instinct into a coherent visual world – then you make it tangible.
The role works directly under the Design Director, and will brief and direct the execution team when the work requires it.
Saint & Citizen is a sound-forward media platform focused on storytelling, collaboration, and experiences that intersect culture and curate connection between creators and community.
The ecosystem spans original media IP, talent development, experiential formats, community & cultural access, and strategic brand partnerships. The creative layer has to hold across all of them — from a campaign visual to a physical space to a digital surface. This role is the connective tissue between idea and execution.
