Who are we?

The Johns Hopkins Center for Language and Speech Processing (CLSP) is an interdisciplinary research and educational center focused on the science and technology of language and speech.

How can I apply?

CLSP is a multi-disciplinary interest group of faculty and students who work together across department of cognitive science, computer science, electrical and computer engineering, and mathematical sciences. Students ordinarily join by applying to one of the following departments:

The departments of Cognitive Science and Psychological and Brain Sciences are also an important part of the language research community here, and you may consider applying there as well if you are primarily interested in linguistics or human language processing.
