Purchasing a ticket for Jaleo Sound Festival implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any specific regulations communicated by the organiser before or during the event.
2.1. Each ticket is valid only for the date, venue, and time stated on it.
2.2. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, performing artists, or venue for justified reasons (e.g., safety, public order, force majeure), without entitling the ticket holder to a refund except where required by Dutch consumer law.
2.3. Entry may be subject to security checks. The ticket holder must keep the ticket in good condition and present it upon request.
2.4. Tickets are personal and non-transferable, except through authorised resale channels or platforms compliant with Dutch resale regulations.
3.1. Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of full cancellation of the festival.
3.2. In the event of cancellation, the organiser will refund only the face value of the ticket, excluding service fees or indirect costs, unless otherwise required by law.
3.3. In the event of a reschedule, tickets remain valid for the new date. If the attendee cannot attend the rescheduled date, they may request a refund within the timeframe specified by the organiser.
4.1. Ticket resale is permitted only through official or authorised resale platforms in compliance with Dutch legislation.
4.2. The organiser accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised channels. Fraudulent or duplicated tickets may be refused entry.
5.1. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who does not comply with the event rules, causes disturbance, endangers others, or appears to be under the influence of illegal substances.
5.2. It is prohibited to bring weapons, illegal substances, or items that may compromise the safety of attendees.
Access for minors is regulated under Dutch law. Children under 18 are welcome at the festival if accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian who is fully responsible for their supervision. It is strictly prohibited for minors to purchase or consume alcohol on site, in accordance with Dutch alcohol legislation. The organiser reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse the sale of alcohol to any person unable to provide valid identification. Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for ensuring that minors respect all festival rules and remain within permitted areas.
