We will choose our type of app (for this demo, we will be choosing the website option)

And we press "Start generating." In the free tier, we will be able to create Privacy & Cookie Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Cookie Solution.

Terms and conditions are used to govern the relationship with your users, such as specifying any "limitations of liability," and are mandatory for e-commerce. In this demo, we won't go too deep into this, but it's your responsibility to create one and link it to your website (in the footer most commonly).
