In particular, we like to invest into companies where it's clear that we and the founders are aligned on what success looks like in 3 to 4 months. We work closely with companies during our batch, and this alignment is critical for Iterative to add significant value during the program.
- the key win conditions of your business (what are the 2-3 things you need to get right to become a massive company?)
- key growth blockers (what have been the biggest challenges to growing so far?) and
- what you want to achieve by the end of the program.
Typically the goal at the end of the program is to raise your next round of funding. If that's the case, what do you think you will need to have accomplished (traction, proof of concept, etc.) to raise funding comfortably? With that in mind, what is your plan (with our help) to get there? How would you like us to help?

#1. Key winning conditions
- We (continue to) know what move the needle most for SEO & GEO
- We find a massively scalable customer acquisition channel
- We can find a way to scale revenue faster than headcount
For (1):
- we started off with blogs
- now we know AI is eating share of voice on informational content
- meanwhile search and AI is trying their best to send customer to the right product
- focus turn to ranking BOFU content even with zero backlinks
- challenge is continuing to find and maintain this edge over the long term
- positive about it because we run parallel experiment all the time (press release, link building, etc) to keep pulse on the effectiveness and we run risk test
For (2):
- currently our main acquisition channel is referral / word-of-mouth
- pros: quality of lead is very high
- cons: do not have control over the volume
- my intuition on what's gonna work massively:
- email outbound
- previously found friends of founder campaign to be working great (dated, not running, old messaging)
- another intuition is to go after those who spend on link building & press release. we know how to find these guys now. they must be damn frustrated that they are not getting results LOL. we know they have \$\$ and we can eat the lunch of these incumbent.
- pSEO
- funny thing is we should have done this but have always put it off. one of our early experiment is working that give us confidence that this can scale.
- social
- playbook like Edward Sturms is working great for him across youtube, linkedin which we can replicate but that needs someone to put their full attention on
- this can be critical for hiring as well
