When an issue has been reported by our cleaner, you will be notified through your email. Reported issues will also be available on your dashboard, please follow the instruction below to view issue reports sent by our cleaner.

  1. In your KeyNinja dashboard, go to My Bookings page.

  2. Select the pencil icon from the action column to view or Show details from Issue reported column .

  3. When an issue is reported, it will appear as a new section. You can filter through the different issues by cllcking the right and left arrows.
