How to get the most value from working together
I don't expect your team to be perfectly organized; that's what Clarus helps fix.
But there are a few things that make the engagement work better for everyone. Here's what actually matters:
1. Someone Who Can Review Outputs
Clarus generates candidate ideas. Someone on your team (PM, architect, founder) needs to review them, accept/reject/edit, and provide feedback. If nobody has 4-6 hours for initial review, this won't work.
Why this matters: The system learns from your team's feedback. No feedback = no improvement.
2. Data We Can Work With
You need:
Don't have transcripts?
No worries, just start recording your meetings now. We can work with 3 months of backlog to prove value.
3. A Real Compliance Need
Clarus is built for teams with HIPAA, SOC2, or similar regulatory requirements. If compliance isn't a concern for you, this is probably overkill.
Why this matters: The compliance database and audit trail features are core to the value prop. Without that need, you're paying for capabilities you don't use.
