Enrolment + Eligibility

• Who's Eligible? Full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to enrol.
• When? Employee benefits are effective on the first day of employment.
  • You can add a dependent to your insurance at any point during the year
  • Removing the dependents is restricted to the renewal period of the scheme, or within 30 days of a life event

Medical Plans

• PMI 35 13 with VHI

  The PMI 35 13 will offer the same level of access to all the same hospitals as Company Plan Extra Level 2 but will see a reduction in your level of accommodation in private hospitals, imposing an excess for private & high tech hospital admissions and slightly less refunds for day to day expenses.

  Cover summary

  • Full cover for all levels of accommodation in public hospitals
  • Full cover for a semi private room and day case procedure in private hospitals with an excess of €100 payable per stay for inpatient and for day case.
  • Access to the high tech hospitals for listed cardiac procedures, listed special procedures and day case procedure with a €100 excess payable per admission.
  • Optical benefit
    • Eye test €30 in each 24 month period
    • Glasses/contact lenses 75% of charges up to €110 in each 24 month period
  • Refunds for day to day expenses
    • 50% per visit for GPs & Consultants
    • €25 x 7 for Physio & Dental
    • 50% per visit for alternative practitioners
    • Access to Vhi 360 Health Centres & Swiftcare with excess of €75.
