This privacy policy applies to the Invoice Maker app (hereafter the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Robert Nersesyan (hereafter the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. The Application is provided “AS IS.”

Information Collection and Use

When you download and use the Application, it may collect certain information, including:

The Application does not collect precise location data about your device.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may ask you to provide personally identifiable information (e.g., your business name, email, client names and invoice details you enter). This information is stored on your device and/or in accordance with this policy and is used to provide core features (creating and managing invoices, generating PDFs, sharing invoices).

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important notices, required disclosures, and product updates or promotions.

In-App Purchases / Subscriptions

If you start a trial or purchase a subscription, Apple processes the payment and may provide the Service Provider with anonymous transactional information necessary to validate your purchase. The Application itself does not store your full payment details.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and the Service Provider’s services (for example, crash reporting and analytics). The Service Provider may share information as described below:

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the app marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data submitted through the Application, please contact robners404@gmail.com and a reasonable effort will be made to respond and delete such data (subject to legal obligations).
