We can't believe it either, the location you are trying to request to is not a user of the Metaclinic yet. That is ok! The engineers at Metaclinic have developed a simple way to invite a new organization into the platform in a few quick steps from nearly anywhere in the app.
With in the application metaclinic assist you with getting through the process of requesting medical data by allowing you to invite a new location into the app without having to loose your progress with creating the case and request.
First step once you realize the location you wish to collaborate with is not already a user is click the Invite a New Location link under the results module
Finally complete the rest of the form and you are on your way
