The funding landscape in the city includes some of Israel’s leading venture funds, such as JVP which has been ranked as one of the top-ten VCs for consistency of performance, and OurCrowd, the world’s biggest crowd investing platform for accredited investors and the most active VC in Israel.
Companies looking for early-stage funding have found that access to capital has also increased. Smaller venture funds such as Jumpspeed Ventures which is focused on Jerusalem-based companies, and Fresh.fund, the first venture fund in Israel focused on student-led startups, have been established in the city over the past few years.
