Main activities

The role of the investment analyst will include, alongside the principal:

1. Analysis of investment targets
   • Identify, contact and meet with startups that are relevant to the fund.
   • Participate in the evaluation of investment opportunities with a special focus on strategic issues.
   • Contribute to the production of deliverables: investment committees’ presentations, etc...
   • Participate in the investment decision process and present new opportunities during team meetings.
2. Monitoring innovation and opportunities

   • Be actively involved in monitoring the digital innovation market and investment landscape (incubators/ventures/peer or competitor strategic players).

     As such, you may be asked to produce ad hoc studies, for example on technological innovations, sectors, investment activity, etc...

   • Identify investment opportunities based on Orange Ventures' selection criteria.

Skills and qualities required

• Currently enrolled in a master program in a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
• Passionate about innovation and the world of startups. Good knowledge of digital players / interest shown for new digital technologies and services.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and restitute.
• Team spirit / good interpersonal skills.
