Getting started

Customize your templates 🎨

Access the Template library from the Templates button in the navbar. Only Admins and Editors can access the Template library.

Templates, like email templates, are your in-app message designs. Templates are not in-app messages, they are empty shells that you will use to create in-app messages.
You can't create an in-app message without having at least one template in your Template Library.
The Templates studio lets you design in-app message templates in a WYSIWYG environment. From there, you can change anything about your template: its background color, its custom fonts, the size of each element, and much more. Read the Templates section to learn more.
To help you get started, each account is created with two editable templates tailored to your brand by our designer.

Once your templates are ready, you can create an in-app message.

In the home screen, click on the + button to start.
Fill the mockup on the left with your image and your copy. The image can take any file. Upload your image if it is lighter than 100Ko, or import your image/gif link if it is bigger.
