Role of a Project Manager (PM)
- Acts as the central point of communication between clients, internal teams, and executives.
- Oversees project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining timelines and budgets.
- Ensures project alignment with Digisyn Co.’s service standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Coordination – Define project scope, milestones, and resources.
- Client Communication – Provide clear updates, reports, and manage expectations.
- Team Management – Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability.
- Quality Assurance – Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and company standards.
- Post-Project Review – Conduct debrief sessions and document lessons learned.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time delivery rate (Target: 95%+).
- Client satisfaction score (CSAT) (Target: 4.5/5+).
- Budget adherence (Within ±10% of projected costs).
- Number of revisions required per project (Lower is better).
