Since the launch of Beatrust in 2020, more than 30,000 tags have been added to profiles. We at Beatrust believe that working with people with with diverse experiences and backgrounds gets much more easier and interesting when one's personality is shared (in the form of tags), recognized, and praised by the team.

Thus we're proud to announce the release of Peer Tags, a new way for users to recognize each other's strengths and personalities by sending tags of their team members' strengths and skills that only they might know.

You may be the only one who knows your colleague's charm

• You know a senior colleague who is always there to help when you need someone to talk to.
• You recently found out that a person in another department likes cooking as much as you do, and wanted to know if there are others.
• You found out that a colleague has a degree in interior design, and have been asking for advice to remodel your home office.
• Several people went through the same training program, and want to stay connected.

If there's someone you know who has something special that you want to share, Peer Tag is the way to send a tag as a gift to not only show appreciation but as a way to introduce your peers.

(The recipient of the peer tag is in control of accepting or rejecting it.)

Send Peer Tags to someone

Follow these three steps to send a tag to someone. On their profile page,
