We all want our work to be **meaningful**
– that is, we want to see the impact our work has on both our own and our company's growth. While we can't deliver great work every day, we should always know (1) what we're supposed to deliver, (2) why that makes Juro successful and (3) how we spend our time and energy to get there.
We can't deliver meaningful work if we don't work sustainably
. If we don't pace ourselves, we get worn out from over-use and our work can lose its meaning. This leads to imbalance, disengagement, inconsistent (and poorer) performance and at worst, mental ill-health (burnout, depression, anxiety). Common symptoms of unsustainable work are:

<aside> 💡 Deep Work Tuesdays
Tuesdays are designated days at Juro without internal meetings. This is to reduce the amount of meetings and to reserve more time for focused meaningful work. That means internal meetings, except if:
Use this time flexibly to focus on deep work without interruption. Please keep Slack noise to a minimum too because it can be just as disruptive as a meeting.
