📍Getting started:
✍🏼 BOTH humans prepare this document before a 1:1
📖 The individual is expected to spend 5-10 minutes and have it to the manager at least 24 hours in advance; manager then reviews, adds their parts and preps before the check in.
🤔Consider the 4 W’s when filling out this agenda - These are questions from The Management Center. Jesse likes to keep them here to reflect on and ground in where + as needed!

Priority Updates
We start with these items as they are quick to move through and keep the manager updated with what's going on - staying up to date with everything that is important (even if not an active conversation point).
This must be filled in ahead of time - and there are weeks where it's blank and that's fine!
Fill in 2-3 key updates you’d like to share; I’ll bring any I have

📝 This section is filled in (both folks actively completely throughout the meeting) during the conversation. Then, can be briefly revisited at the end to ensure it includes everything!

Backburner / Long Term Planning
Great spot to add things that we want to revisit so they stay front of mind, at least weekly!
