The Interview Process

When a recruit is ready, your job is to get them scheduled into the interview process and prepared for what to expect.

Our interviews are run as group interviews led by high-level leaders, which ensures that every recruit hears the opportunity explained clearly, professionally, and consistently. This takes pressure off of you and allows you to learn by observing how the process is done at a high level.

After the group portion, the interview breaks into smaller breakout rooms, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect more directly with your recruit. If you brought multiple people, you may be speaking with them together, or you may have one-on-one time depending on the situation.

This is where your role becomes more personal. You’re there to:

Over time, you can grow into running your own interviews if you choose. But in the beginning, plugging into this system allows you to build confidence while still giving your recruits a great experience.

Interviews are Monday 3pm EST, Wednesday 1pm EST, and Friday 1pm EST. If you are having your mentor do your breakout for you, you still need to be present and attend the interview room.

Transitioning to Onboarding

Once your recruit decides to move forward, the goal is to move quickly while they’re still engaged.

They will be sent the licensing course information, either:

From there, you’ll communicate to Jai who is moving forward.

Backend Onboarding Process

Once you notify Jai, she takes over the backend process to ensure everything is set up correctly.

She will:

At this point, your recruit is fully entering the same structured process that you went through when you started.

Your Role During Onboarding

This is where many leaders either overstep or disappear — the goal is to stay present, but not controlling.

You are not responsible for running onboarding or recreating training. The system already covers:

Your responsibility is to:

Think of your role as the bridge between the recruit and the system.

Staying Organized as You Grow

As you start bringing in more people, there’s another responsibility that becomes just as important — keeping your team organized on the backend.

It’s very easy in the beginning to rely on memory or scattered notes, but that quickly turns into confusion as your team grows. You always want to know exactly:

This is what allows you to lead proactively instead of reactively.

To stay organized, you’ll be using a simple team tracker to keep everything in one place. Ask one of the leaders, and we will get you plugged into the team tracker with your own page.

When you consistently track your people, you don’t lose momentum, you don’t lose communication, and you create a much smoother experience for everyone coming into your organization.
