It means that the recruitment team works to build a relevant process! Every step of the process has a different purpose.
GitGuardian teams assess every candidate the same way, as objectively as possible regarding each position requirements (to avoid cognitive biases the best we can). These requirements are defined by our business objectives and by our company values!
