With candidates

We interview many more people than we hire, leaving a "pass" as the likeliest outcome of any interview stage. If we pass on a candidate, we should be prepared to share feedback on the decision if requested, as well as guidance on whether other opportunities at Koan might be a better fit.

Internally

Interviewing is a skill, and like any skill there's endless opportunity for improvement. We seize that opportunity through retrospective conversations, Candidate Experience Survey, and continuous learning.
