Each interview stage includes a predefined assessment comparing the candidate's performance to the expectations for the stage. The goal is to minimize the subjectivity and bias inherent in the interview process. We may not eliminate them entirely, but we can certainly try our best.

If new stages are added to the hiring process, a new assessment should be added as well.

Additionally, assessments are revised in response to concerns or statistical anomalies uncovered during Hiring retrospectives.
