Background

We move fast! We can move as fast as ~2 weeks from the initial intro call to offer. We understand your time is valuable and you may be evaluating a number of opportunities, so we will work with your timeline and speed. You’ll have an opportunity to meet all three co-founders and several members of the team including our investors — we feel strongly that our team is the best part of Nourish, and want you to be excited about working with each of us! We also believe it’s important to meet in person — we will help you make accommodations to make that happen.

Our Process

1. Tech Screen with Stephanie, Co-Founder & CTO (1hr, Zoom)
   • There will be two parts:
     1. Introduction (15min)
     2. Technical exercise that we will work through together (45min)
2. Onsite Interview (3.5 - 4hr)
   • There will be four parts:
     1. Coding (1.5hr) - You’ll dig in and contribute to a project that would resemble what you’d be working on here at Nourish!
     2. System Design (45min) - We’d love to get a sense of how you think about scale, growth, and some of the other challenges within the Nourish roadmap!
     3. Product (45min) - We want everyone to have a sense of of product ownership. We’d love to hear more about how you think about product direction and how product and engineering can work together to build amazing things!
     4. Culture (45min) - We want you to understand the team you’ll be working with! This is an opportunity for you to get a sense of what life is like here at Nourish on a daily basis
