We move fast! We can move as fast as 1 week from interview to an offer to join the platform. We understand your time is valuable and you may be evaluating a number of opportunities, so we will work with your timeline and speed.

Round 1: Complete Nourish RD Application

• Apply here. Our hiring team will review applications and reach out to qualified candidates.

Round 2: Required Onboarding Session

• Top candidates will be invited via email to join a required 45-minute Zoom onboarding session, which will be for both evaluation and information purposes. This session will give you a better understanding of what it is like to work at Nourish and help answer any onboarding questions.

Receive Offer

• Top candidates will receive an offer to join the platform with details on start date and session rate within 72 hours after their onboarding session. Once you sign, you will begin the onboarding process. Let’s make a dent in the universe and solve America’s healthcare crisis by helping people eat better!

Onboarding

• Between when you sign your offer letter and your start date, you will work with our team to complete your onboarding steps including:
  • Beginning the credentialing process with our insurance partners
  • Applying for any necessary state licenses
  • Creating your account in our onboarding / training system
  • Providing you detail on your training / onboarding schedule
  • Adding you to our Slack community
  • Getting your Nourish email setup
  • Receiving your Nourish swag 🙂
