🔹 About the Role

We’re offering an Exploratory Internship for ambitious and curious individuals excited to experience the inner workings of an early-stage biotech startup. Depending on your background and interests, this role can flex between hands-on lab work, business operations, or a hybrid of both.

You’ll work closely with our core team on high-priority projects — from supporting R&D workflows, to conducting market research, to building internal systems. This internship is a unique chance to gain firsthand exposure to both the science and strategy behind a new biotech venture.

🧪 Lab-Based Focus

• Assist with mammalian cell culture and media preparation
• Support sample processing, lab organisation, and reagent prep
• Help design or troubleshoot basic experimental workflows
• Maintain lab records and inventory

💼 Business / Operations Focus

• Conduct market or scientific landscape research
• Support internal operations (e.g. fundraising prep, hiring coordination, deck creation)
• Assist in building internal documentation or project management tools
• Help structure workflows around IP, grants, or vendor logistics
