What we're looking for:

➡️ Over 6 months, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be a player in Africa's Pocket's growth through improved customer success and user acquisition
- Partner with the CEO and Marketing team to create strategies for customer acquisition
- Work independently and gradually learn how to problem solve unique customer situations
- Learn all of our programs, policies, and decision-making process so you can exercise good judgment in a variety of customer support and sales situations
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and team members
- Has strong capacity for empathy with a genuinely helpful and supportive spirit. Past customer service experience is a bonus.
- Is a problem-solver with ability to look at customer situations objectively and fair, while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
- Is comfortable learning new online communication platforms and softwares.
- Has excitement for helping Africans become better at managing their money and recognize their own potential through our courses.
- Is able to toggle between independent work and collaborating with a team.
- Is agile and excited to learn as you adapt to the ever changing nature of a small but high-growth business.
- Wants to work from home in your pyjamas with an amazing team with a huge mission!
