During the guest check-in process, you are required to verify their ID and snap a proof of the key exchange, by kindly requesting the guest if you may take a picture of their ID with the keys.
**While checking our guest’s ID, interact with them to avoid awkwardness.**Keep in mind that our guests will be looking forward to their stay, therefore it is recommended to maintain the same excitement by asking them question about their trip.
