DIAMO can send prices hourly to Beds24 for all rooms up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your Beds24 Account

1. Log into your Beds24 account.

2. Go to Apps & Integrations >> API >> Generate Invite code

   

3. Click ‘select all’ in read section and check the box for ‘Inventory’ in Write section, select ‘All owned or Linked to account’ and click on ‘Generate Invite code’. Name it as DIAMO. This will be used while onboarding to connect with DIAMO.

Warning: Do not delete or modify this code as doing so will disrupt the connection.

1. Set up rate & availability for each room through the Calendar page for atleast 1 year ahead:

   1. Go to Calendar → Daily Price. Click any date in the Daily Rate row.
   2. Enter your daily base rate in the "Price" box. Under "Set Date Range", set the end date to atleast 1 year ahead.
   3. Ensure there's an inventory of 1 for at least one day.

   

2. Verify the correct latitude and longitude for each property. Navigate to Properties → Description and select the correct Property. Scroll down to Location to check the coordinates.

3. Reading Hotel IDs (will be required at the time of Onboarding)- You can view all the properties with their codes in Settings—> Properties—>Property ID

Important: When entering your Property ID from Beds24 into DIAMO, please type it manually instead of copying and pasting. Copying from Beds24 may include hidden characters or formatting issues that can cause validation errors during onboarding.

Step 2: Connect Beds24 to DIAMO

1. Create your account and log into DIAMO once you receive the DIAMO onboarding link.
2. Choose Beds24 as your PMS and click on ‘Continue’

1. You will be given Instructions- follow them and click on ‘Continue’

1. Enter Connection code (Invitation code) & your Beds24 ****Hotel ID which you want to connect and click "Continue".

1. Your Beds24 rooms will appear in your DIAMO dashboard.
