Open Bear app and select the notes you want to integrate with Elephas
Go to File > Export Notes in the Bear menu
Choose your preferred export format

Step 1: Export Bear Notes
Open Bear app and select the notes you want to integrate with Elephas
Go to File > Export Notes in the Bear menu
Choose your preferred export format
Select a destination folder for your exported notes
Click "Export" to save your notes
Step 2: Add to Elephas Super Brain
Open Elephas. Go to the "Brain" tab. Click on "Files and Folders" in the sidebar.
Click the "Select Files" button, You can also drag and drop your exported Bear notes directly into the Elephas Brain interface
Navigate to the folder where you exported your Bear notes
