New Tickets

As covered in the "Hub Overview" training, clients will sign up for GetYourRefund at GetYourRefund.org, where they'll answer a series of questions about their tax situation and upload tax documents and photo IDs.

When a client begins the process and signs Form 14446 consenting to virtual VITA, a ticket will be created with their information in the Hub. Once the client has submitted the questionnaire and uploaded all three of their identity documents (photo ID, SSN/ITIN, and selfie), the ticket will move to the "Intake: Ready for Review" status and you'll start working on their ticket.
