Follow these steps to manage property milestones in the Listing Marketing project:

  1. Create Property Milestones:
    1. For each new property listing, create a milestone task in the Listing Marketing project.
    2. Name the milestone after the property (e.g., '123 Main St. Milestone').
    3. Assign the appropriate agent to the milestone task.
  2. Market Status Changes:
    1. As the property's Market Status changes, Asana will automatically generate appropriate subtasks under the milestone.
    2. Add details and commentary under the appropriate subtask in the comments, not the description.
    3. Note: You must clear the Market Status if the house's new Market Status is the same as the last update. (For example: last week, a property had an Open House, and it will have another this week; you would clear the Market Status to "-" and then select "Open House.")
  3. Task Completion:
    1. Complete the generated subtasks as the property moves through different market statuses.
    2. Update the status of subtasks to reflect current progress.
  4. Milestone Completion:
    1. Once the property sale has closed, mark the milestone task as complete.
    2. Before completing, ensure all subtasks are either completed or no longer relevant.
  5. Review and Reporting:
    1. Regularly review ongoing property milestones to ensure they're up-to-date.
    2. Use completed milestones for reporting on closed properties and marketing effectiveness.

Remember to keep the milestone and its subtasks updated to reflect the current status of each property listing accurately. This system allows for easy tracking of all properties in the marketing pipeline and ensures all necessary marketing tasks are completed at each stage of the listing process.
