Accessing the Trade Directories files in 4 steps
Because the files live inside our Azure subscription and are being made available to you temporarily, you have to access them using an “access token” which will only work in Azure’s own File Explorer. Download it (for free) here.
Once the application is downloaded and you have opened it, make sure that the Local & Attached section in the Explorer menu on your left is expanded.
Thus, if it looks like this…

… click the arrow on the left of Local & Attached to see the following:

Right-click on “Storage Accounts” and then select “Connect to Azure Storage” from the menu that shows up:

In the dialog that shows up, select “Blob container”:

On the following page, select “Anonymously (my blob container allows public access)” and then press “Next”:

In the “Blob container SAS URL” field, copy-paste this URL:
