Minimalist iOS14 Icons

Step 1

Open the Shortcuts app

Tap the plus in the corner to add a new one

Step 3

Tap add action and go to scripting

Step 4

Tap open app and choose an app

Tap the 3 dots in the corner

Tap add to Home Screen

Step 7

Give it a name, this is what will show on the Home Screen

Step 8

Tap the icon next to the name and choose the icon from your photos or files

Tap add

Navigate to your home screen and see the icons
